You can return any full priced item within 5 days of arrival for an in store credit only. Store credits will not be processed for change of mind if notified after the 5 days. Merchandise must be received back in original condition including packaging. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
If you wish to receive a store credit, please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com to notify of the return. Please include your order number.
If you believe an item you purchased is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of arrival with clear photos of the fault and as much detail as you can provide, and we will assist you from there with an outcome. Faulty items must be unworn. Based on the outcome if item is deemed faulty, it may need to be returned to us.
All items are to be handled and worn with care; they are of delicate nature.
